Our Workday Intensive is designed to help you take the next step with your Dubsado implementation.
If you would like to spend time creating a streamlined and automated proposal or client intake process, we can do that.
Maybe you'd prefer for us to dedicate the session to auditing and optimizing your existing setup? We can do that too.
Here’s what you can expect from the process.
To kick things off, we'll establish a list of priorities for your Workday Intensive. Then, Simple Ops will send you a couple of resources to help you get prepared. (This may include questionnaires, information, templates, etc. and will be customized based on the priorities established for the session.)
During the session, we’ll meet on Zoom and work together to set up and optimize your Dubsado system (this may include strategizing, screen-share training sessions, as well as independent assignments).
After the session, I'll send you a recap of what we were able to accomplish, a recording of the call, and an outline of any next steps we discussed.
