To kick off this process, your first step is to schedule a consult/discovery call.
During this call, we’ll discuss your current situation, goals for this project, and I will answer any questions you have about my services or Dubsado.
If working together feels like a fit to both of us, I’ll send you a proposal outlining the services discussed and we’ll move to step 2.
Step #2 - Roadmap
Complete a Process Audit
We’ll start with a 90-min strategy session to audit your current process.
For both the done-for-you or done-with-you support, it’s important we get your processes out of your head, break them apart, and put them back together in a way that works as an automated system (and for your brain).
Step #3 - Implementation
Build out your Dubsado
Next, we’ll begin building out your Dubsado forms, templates, and workflows.
