Provide a Roadmap and Implementation Plan detailing (1) how the processes in Dubsado will work, (2) the workflows you’ll need to set up, and (3) a complete implementation checklist listing all of the templates you’ll need to create, emails you’ll need to write, etc.
What to Expect
STEP 1
Establish Goals
We’ll send you a questionnaire before meeting for a 90-minute strategy session to establish your goals and outline your Dubsado processes and workflows.
STEP 2
Build Roadmap
We’ll take the information outlined in our strategy call and build your customized roadmap and implementation checklist to guide you in setting up Dubsado for your business.
STEP 3
Provide Support
After we’ve sent over your Roadmap and Checklist, you’ll have a 50-minute call that you can utilize at any point within the next 6 weeks to get implementation support. On this call, you can ask questions, get training, and/or troubleshoot any issues you may run into while getting things set up.*
*If you still have questions after our 50-minute call, we have additional ongoing support options available until you feel confident using Dubsado.
