If you’re moving from another all-in-one business management platform or CRM, you’ve likely got some existing client and project data that needs to be sorted, neatly packed up, and migrated into your new system.

What to Expect
What’s Included
Development of a data migration plan (including data assessment, normalization, and cleanup when needed)
Import of client data from your previous CRM system
Migration of jobs/projects and attached contacts
Migration of invoices and the payments made on each invoice
Import of existing job/project contracts and forms as PDFs
Timeline (aka. How long does it take?)
It typically takes 1-2 weeks for us to begin each migration. Then, it takes another few weeks to complete. (The complexity of the migration will also factor into the timeline.)
Investment
We will craft a custom quote for your data migration project based on its scope and complexity. However, our migration projects typically average between $1200 and $2000.
What’s Not Included
Import of client email conversations/email communications (unless they can be exported from your existing system as a PDF)
Setup of bookkeeping categories, taxes, expenses, or anything outside of project invoices
Setup of templates, workflows, canned emails, or payment schedules
Migration of tasks, project boards, or tracked time
